It has been a while since I last blogged. I wanted to share the most exciting news. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in December 22nd, 2011. He decided to come 3 1/2 weeks early. Please welcome the sweet bundle of joy… Blake Michael Coffey. He was born 5lbs 4oz and 18 inches long. Blake got to celebrate his first Christmas with the whole family. I’m so blessed and just can’t stop giving him lots and lots of kisses.

It’s about that time of year again. When everyone dresses up and little kids are running around from all the sugar. I had the great privilege to work with amazing Diana Ramos, designing the Hocus Pocus Halloween Invitation. These wicked invites consisted of 3 bottles of different potions (grave yard dust, eye of newt and toad warts), a tiny broom, invitation and a monogram black wax seal. Once again for the 2nd time this year, Peach Mailbox and Dots Cupcakes participated in the Sit. Stay. Love Pet Project at Anthropologie store this past sunday in El Segundo. Dots Cupcakes donated adorable yummy mini cupcakes for customers and pup cakes for doggies at the local animal shelter. As for Peach Mailbox, we have customers participated in making handmade dog toys for dogs that are waiting for a good home. We also giving away free greeting card for all the participants. Each heart shape dog toy were pre-stitched. Customer would pick a color, write their name on the card, put in the squeaky, make a wish, fill the toy with the insert, sew it up and we got a dog toy! It was so much fun meeting wonderful and generous people. Thank you Anthropologie for having us be a part of this event this year. We look forward to participating again next year. After the logo design for Chiali Meng, next is designing her business card. Flat printed on heavy matte stock cover paper. Just slightly different dimensions can add a little bit of fun twist to the business card.

This project is a huge cup of tea for peach mailbox! My wonderful friend Nancy from KMM products based in Los Angeles, California referred me to her client for logo/branding design. Since I love boba, tea and of course all desserts, this project is right up my alley. My brain was brewing with lots of fun concepts and designs. Tra Teahouse will be offering milk tea, herbal tea drinks, boba, slushies, shave snow and desserts. The shop will be open in November 2011, located at Garden Grove, California. Below are some of the designs that I came up with and the final logo that the client picked out. I can’t wait to check out the shop and try everything on the menu. Hope everyone enjoy my work!

Sit. Stay. Love Event is back! We are so honored to be a part of this event again this year. But this time, we are participating at 2 Anthropologie stores. This past Sunday, Peach Mailbox was at Pasadena store. Again, our friend from Dots Cupcakes donated their adorable custom cupcakes and of course they were a big hit at our table! With such short notice, I came up with a new plan for this donation project. I created a board for people to sign their name. For each signatures, PM will donate a box of dog or cat treat to the animal shelter. As a thank you gift, customers received a cupcake from Dots Cupcakes, a choice of handmade ring or pendent and a limited edition greeting card by Peach Mailbox. Look at how many signatures we received at the end of the day!!! Special thank you to Anthropologie for this amazing opportunity and dots cupcakes. We will be at the El Segundo, CA store next Sunday the 25th. We have another fun new plan, so join us if you are in area!
